Frequently Asked Questions

Please find listed below some frequently asked questions that might be of help to you.

How long will the quartet/Trio/Solo player play for?

We would play right through the duration of the event/ceremony and at the Drinks reception we usually play for two hours, but could play longer if required.

Do you accompany singers?

Yes arrangements can be made to meet with the singer prior to the ceremony.

Can you play requested music, like our favourite song?

Yes if we are given enough prior notice.

Does it always have to be four players?

No, we can provide a Chamber Orchestra, String Trio, Duo, or Solo violin with Harp, Cello or Organ accompaniment with or without singer.

Do you play for a Funeral Service or Cremation?

Yes we often play for Funeral Services or Cremations and all music can be tailored appropriately for your individual requirements.

Do you play before the Wedding Ceremony/Event?

Yes we play while people are arriving at the Wedding Cermony/Corporate Functions etc

I am not sure of the order of Service, where the music goes during the ceremony or what is usually played can you help me?

Yes of course I can help and I will go through the ceremony with you, also we have set out our play list to show what typically is chosen for each part of the service.  You can of course make your ceremony personal with your own requested/favourite songs.

Do you play for Register only Weddings?

Of course we do quiet frequently and while this ceremony is not as long we can add to the occasion by introducing music at key sections throughout to make it a Wedding to remember.

Do you play for non Religious or Humanist Ceremonies?

Of course we do, this type of ceremony music can be very individualistic and can add a beautiful element to the occasion by introducing music at key sections throughout to make it a day to remember.
